1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zh55 ("zh55", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of zh55.club. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with zh55, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), participation in casino games and sports betting, and your eligibility for promotional offers.

By completing the zh55 registration process or by logging in to an existing zh55 account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are of legal gambling age as defined in Section 2; (c) you are not acting on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorisation from zh55; and (d) your use of zh55 is not prohibited by any law applicable in your jurisdiction.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to maintain a valid zh55 account:

• You are at least 21 years of age and can provide valid documentary proof of age upon request.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — corporate accounts or accounts operated for third parties are not permitted without prior written authorisation from zh55.
• You have not previously had a zh55 account suspended or permanently closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close associate of zh55 or any of its affiliated gaming software providers, in a capacity that would give you material advantage in gameplay.
• Online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under a court order or legal restriction applicable to you personally.

zh55 reserves the right to request documentary verification of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension pending verification, or permanent closure in cases where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) zh55 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.

When registering a zh55 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The information required during registration includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number (typically your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa number), and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

zh55 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before zh55 processes your first withdrawal or when zh55 deems verification necessary:

• Proof of Identity: Valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address in Pakistan.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zh55 Login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. zh55 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: Funds deposited to your zh55 PKR wallet are typically credited within minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions and within standard banking hours for bank transfers. zh55 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent verified deposit, subject to KYC completion. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically process within a few hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. zh55 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

zh55 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which are displayed within the zh55 Cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and by individual account based on verification status.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

zh55 offers promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and live casino cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are displayed on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

The following general conditions apply to all zh55 bonuses unless the individual promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified on the individual promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

6 Gameplay Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zh55 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one zh55 account, or allowing another person to register an account using your personal information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with zh55 games or the zh55 sportsbook in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in zh55 platform software. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to zh55 support immediately.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other parties to manipulate the outcome of sporting events on which bets are placed through zh55.
• Using zh55 accounts for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, age verification, or geo-restriction measure implemented by zh55.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zh55 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

zh55 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All players are encouraged to approach zh55 as a source of entertainment rather than a financial strategy or income source. zh55 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly within every player's zh55 account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts that notify you when you have been logged in to zh55 for a specified duration.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on zh55.club — including but not limited to the zh55 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software interfaces, promotional materials, text, and audiovisual content — is the intellectual property of zh55 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use zh55.club for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any zh55 content without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on zh55 software or content.
• Use zh55 branding, logos, or trademarks in any context not expressly authorised by zh55 in writing.
• Scrape, frame, or mirror any portion of zh55.club on any other website or platform.

Unauthorised use of zh55 intellectual property may result in legal action. zh55 actively monitors for trademark and copyright infringement and will pursue remedies available under applicable international intellectual property law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zh55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of zh55 services, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes; loss of data; service interruptions; or unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

zh55's aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or related to these Terms — regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to zh55 in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

zh55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder has a pre-existing self-exclusion arrangement with zh55 or with a connected responsible gaming registry.
• Instruction by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body with appropriate jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, zh55 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to player misconduct (such as voluntary closure by the player or zh55 exiting a market), any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard AML checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their zh55 account may do so by contacting zh55 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will continue to be processed to the player's registered payment method.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zh55 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of zh55 services, the following resolution process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: You must first contact zh55 support in writing, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution you are seeking. zh55 will respond within 10 business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome within 30 days, you may escalate the matter to a formal complaint, which will be reviewed by zh55's compliance team within 20 business days.
3. Regulatory Escalation: If the formal complaint process is exhausted without resolution, you may refer the matter to the relevant licensing regulatory authority in accordance with zh55's licensing obligations.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

zh55 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, zh55 will notify registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification displayed upon zh55 Login. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of zh55 services following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using zh55 and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 11.
